 How to use make a payment via ShopeePay

Make sure your ShopeePay balance is sufficient to make a payment, because you cannot combine two payment methods in one transaction or use the ShopeePay payment method if the balance is insufficient.

Here are the steps for making a payment with ShopeePay:

1. Select ShopeePay on the Payment Methods page.

2. If you haven't activated your ShopeePay PIN, click Activate Now and you will be prompted to create a PIN first *. After you create a ShopeePay PIN, you can continue the payment process.

3. On the Confirmation page, please double check all the details of your order, such as Address, Payment Method, Order, and Shipping Options. If everything is correct, click Create Order.

 

4. You will be prompted to enter your ShopeePay PIN. Please enter your ShopeePay PIN.

 5. Payment will be automatically confirmed and the seller will get a notification to send your order.

Note:
1. You have a maximum time limit of 3 hours to make regular order payments (other than Digital Products) since the order was made, and 24 hours for Digital Products since the order was created.
2. If you are using the ShopeePay payment method and wish to use Shopee Coins, your ShopeePay balance must be the total checkout amount before deducting Shopee Coins.
